Government of Canada Celebrates the Historical Significance of the Dominion Astrophysical Obs.

Jim Prentice, Canadian Minister of the Environment and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, and Gary Lunn, Canadian Minister of State for Sport and Member of Parliament for Saanich-Gulf Islands, celebrated the national historic significance of the Dominion Astrophysical Observatory, a world-renowned observatory where many discoveries about the nature of the Milky Way galaxy were made.
